Virginia "Ginger" Phillips

Ginger Phillips has over 19 years educational meeting planning experience and has planned over 400 conferences, workshops and international study trips. She has managed over 10 different types of continuing education accreditations (CEU's). She consults and speaks on meeting/conference design, adult education, and budgeting to minimize risk for programs that need to, at a minimum, break-even based on registration fees. She has worked in university, governmental, non-profit, and corporate meetings/conferences, as well as for the Florida Governor's Office and has experience in cost accounting standards in programs with federal funding support. Ms. Phillips is currently doctoral candidate in Adult, Career, and Higher Education at the University of South Florida working on a dissertation exploring planning effective conference programming.

Angelika "Angie" Spahl Wing

She has a B.S, International Business, has over 14 years experience in meeting and event planning. Her experience includes fundraiser's, programs with high protocol expectations, VIP management, assistance in speech writing and specialty logistics, volunteer management, as well as volunteer education and training, and golf. Her experience includes university, non-profit and for-profit settings. She speaks German Fluently.

Leah Phillips, B.S, Public Relations

She has five year's experience in small meetings management, especially federal grant-funded meetings, as well as registration management and staffing at larger conferences. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in Public Health.
